Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model that offers patients direct access to their primary care physician. This approach allows for longer appointments, personalized care, and a stronger focus on prevention and wellness. With direct primary care, patients can easily contact their primary care physician via phone, call, or text at any time.
Do you accept insurance?
No, the membership pricing is a total monthly fee of $149 paid out of pocket. Primary care services are not billed through your insurance. We recommend maintaining some form of insurance such as traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage-PPO, or a commercial PPO plan. Patients use their insurance to cover medications, lab tests, and imaging. We accept most credit cards and checks as forms of payment.
What about a specialist?
If you're currently seeing a specialist, you can continue your care with them without any changes to your insurance coverage. If you’re looking for a new specialist, we’re happy to provide trusted recommendations to meet your needs.
What do you treat?
We specialize in adult and senior concierge care with a primary focus in preventative health, clinical diagnosis, and acute/chronic medical management. This also includes general urgent care needs.
Our practice does not prescribe chronic benzodiazepines, opioids, or ADD/ADHD medications. Additionally, we are unable to provide long-term management for conditions such as chronic pain or fatigue.
Do you accept FSA or HSA?
Yes, patients often discover their monthly membership fee can be reimbursable through their FSA or HSA. We recommend you to consult with your plan administrator or accountant for further guidance.
