Hello!   I’m Dr. Jeffrey Young, a board certified Internal Medicine physician focused on providing personalized concierge primary care.

I graduated with honors from UC San Diego, attended Western University of Health Sciences for medical school, and completed my Internal Medicine residency at Brookwood Baptist Health, where I received the Robert Kreisberg Award for Excellence in Research.

My approach to medicine centers on empathetic listening, accessibility, and clinical competence. I excel in accurately diagnosing, performing an appropriate workup, and formulating a collaborative treatment plan.

My clinical interests include geriatrics, dermatology, and longevity. Outside of medicine, I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I speak English and Mandarin.

My goal has always been to provide my patients with the best personalized care possible. I feel most fulfilled helping patients overcome their uncertainties and understand their medical situation and options. Our mission at Embrace Direct Primary Care is for health care to be built on a personal connection between the patient and the physician based on trust, respect, and open communication.
